How to choose the right load cell/force sensor?
To choose the right load cells (or force sensors), the following requirements for load cells, should be taken into consideration, such as:
1 Measuring range: Generally, the range of the selected load cell is 10% ~ 30% larger than the upper limit of measurement, depending on the specific situation.

2 Output signal: The load cell is generally divided into analog output sensor and digital output sensor. The conventional output is millivolt（i.e. mv）analog signal, and there are also amplified signals, like 0-5V, 0-10V and 4-20mA.

Precautions for load cells/force sensors installation and use
1 No force sensor can be used in any force measuring place.
2 There may be many kinds of matching force sensors in any force measuring place, so it is very difficult to choose the most suitable force sensor.
3 NOT the most accurate force sensor is the most suitable.
4 There is no universal user manual.
5 It is extremely important to choose the appropriate capacity of the force sensor.
6 Use regulated power supply to avoid surge or strong current.
7 Do not remove or change the housing and diaphragm of the force sensor.
8 Ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed the limit temperature of the force sensor.
9 During installation, ensure that the installation plane is flat and clean, and the parallelism of the upper and lower installation surfaces.
10 For the installation of small range force sensors, care must be taken in the installation process to avoid overload in the installation process.
11 When tightening the mounting hole with screws, ensure that the force sensor body is not subject to large torque.
12 If multiple screws are used for fixation, pay attention to symmetrical tightening when tightening the screws.
13 If you want to check whether the force sensor is overloaded, please check the zero point of the force sensor.
14 Do not pull or jerk the cable of the force sensor.
15 Where cables need to be compressed or bent frequently, bending-resistant lines need to be used.
